The house provides a master bedroom, great room, dining area, kitchen, bath and laundry on the main level. The lower level has two one-bedroom suites each with a queen bed and its own outdoor shower. Covered decks on both living levels provide a multitude of space, chairs, and loungers to take in the fantastic Coral Bay views to the east, and St. John hillside and National Park views to the south – in the comfort of either the sun or shade – whatever you desire. The main floor provides a great place to gather while also affording space for individual privacy. Beach chairs, shade and coolers are provided for lounging on some of the world’s most spectacular beaches – most less than a 15-minute drive from the house. The elevation and position of the house on the hillside make for a steady flow of the nicest breezes. Oversized ceiling fans provide additional comfort and are located in every room on the main floor and both bedrooms and baths downstairs. Views of neighboring properties are blocked by mature growth trees and flowering shrubs providing for an especially private setting.

Coral Livin' is situated on the hillside above Coral Bay's harbor. Ever changing skies create a stunning backdrop. The decks on both levels of Coral Livin' offer plenty of opportunity for enjoying views of the ocean and mountain. There is ample space to enjoy a meal outdoors on the upper deck. After the sun goes down, star gazing is a must.

A large, airy master suite is located on the main level. The four poster bed allows you to indulge yourself in the true Caribbean style. A screened glass door offers direct access to the deck and together with plenty of windows, captures the trade-wind breeze to provide natural air circulation and tremendous views. A large celling fan provides additional cooling.

The sliding glass door (with screen) provides private entry to and from the deck and oversized ceiling fans offer additional cooling.
